Intelligent Automation: RPA as a service (RPaaS)

A leading confectionery, food, and beverage company faced significant challenges with a manual, error-prone, and non-scalable sales process, impacting inventory, accounting, customer orders, and sales support. To overcome this, we implemented a hybrid intelligent automation solution leveraging RPA as a Service, chatbots, and cognitive bots in Azure. This comprehensive approach automated 36 critical processes across customer finance, engagement, marketing, order-to-cash, direct store delivery, and procurement, integrating seamlessly with existing applications (using Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere).
